We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced – At least 5+ years working in agri-food, sustainable landuse, or similar topic.
Multidisciplinary – A strong grasp of both environmental systems (forestry, soil health, ocean ecosystems) and human systems (finance, governance, community engagement).
A strong project manager – Able to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with confidence and precision.
A systems thinker – Able to synthesize diverse information and see the bigger picture.
An effective communicator – Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from farmers to investors, and skilled at translating technical insights into actionable strategies.
A problem solver – Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating uncertainty.
Globally aware – Experience working across different geographies and cultures is a strong plus.
Fluent in English – Additional languages are an advantage.
