About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager with experience in sustainability consulting who is keen to apply their knowledge and experience to help solve critical sustainability challenges.
As a project manager, you will have a good understanding of sustainability concepts and ESG reporting requirements. You should be dedicated to empowering your team members, ensuring that they are able to work on tasks that suit their qualities and preferences. You will be the main point of contact with the client, taking on a leading role within the team and engaging independently with external stakeholders. You will also coordinate small teams of 3-6 colleagues and may coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for ensuring quality deliverables and the proper capacity planning of these team members within each project.

Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in project management, preferably within a sustainability (consulting) context.
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a pertinent field, such as business, environmental studies, international development, or a discipline centered around sustainability.
Demonstrable experience and skills in project management, stakeholder management, and client engagement.
A good understanding of international sustainability frameworks, guidelines, and legislation, such as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, SBT, and CSRD.
Demonstrable experience in developing sustainability strategies and/or in supporting sustainability reporting is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening, reasoning, and influencing.
Good interpersonal skills, focusing on empathy, initiative, and understanding.
